How many registrations are included with my 10x10 booth?Two registrations are included.

Can I get a pass to the trade-show only?No. We do not provide tradeshow only passes at this time. The ticket includes access to meals, tradeshow, and breakouts and no additional events. The best way to save on your ticket fees is to become an ABC member, then tickets only cost $700 each. You can learn about ABC membership here: https://americanbiogascouncil.org/membership/.

What items are included with my 10x10 booth?Each 10' x 10' booth will be set with 8' high blue back drape and 3' high blue side drape. Booths 300 square feet or less will receive an identification sign. Booths larger than 300 square feet may receive an identification sign upon request.

Will the exhibit hall have carpet?The exhibit area is not carpeted. The aisles will be carpeted in blue. Show Management requires all exhibitors to provide flooring for their booth.

When should my materials be shipped?Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded material beginning April 1, 2025, at the above address. Material arriving after April 25, 2025 will be received at the warehouse with an additional charge after the deadline

What time are shipping materials accepted?Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Certified weight tickets must accompany all shipments.

How should my materials be shipped?Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded material. Freeman Warehouse does not accept uncrated freight (loose, pad-wrapped material and/or un-skidded machinery), COD shipments, hazardous materials, freight requiring refrigerated or frozen storage, a single piece of freight weighing more than 5,000 pounds or a single piece of freight beyond the dimensions of 108"H x 93"W.

What is the exhibitor move-out date?The move-out date is April 30, 2025 at 10:00 AM . Freeman will begin returning empty containers as soon as the aisle carpeting is removed, or plastic covering has been laid in the aisles of the exhibit hall.

What is the exhibitor move-in date?The move-in date is April 27, 2024 at 10:00 AM

What happens if materials are left in the booth after the move-out date?Note that any excessive trash which consists of display materials, carpet, padding, crates and/or pallets will be disposed of and charged both a handling fee and disposal fee during exhibitor move-out. Any excessive materials left in the booth at the end of the event will be considered trash.
